Each team member should have more than one year of experience in one or more items of the current list of key regulatory initiatives:
EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation)
Russian OTC
Fin fraG (Finanz markt infrastruktur gesetz)
Skills required
Immediately availability (5-7 FTE) regulatory experts,
Lead should have 10+ years of experience in program management,
Target Operating Model experience,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
German and English speaking skills,
Solution architecture capabilities ideally in comprehensive banking environments,
Expertise in specification of Interfaces and message format for involved systems and
Expertise in Data linkage between platforms
