Service Fulfillment System Admin. Responsible for troubleshooting in several applications, System configuration
Organizational integration and reporting line
Job in IT application service, Service Fulfillment team.
a-b) Goal of the job

a) trouble shoot incidents & error orders and cases as 2nd level IT support
b) System configuration
c) fix incidents across several applications - Mostly Clarify CRM.
d) monitor and fix online sales platform errors.
e) monitor and fix Integration platform errors.
f) perform configuration changes requested by business units.
g) raise bugs & CRs
h) testing bug & CRs
i) generate ad-hoc reports
Responsibilities & accountabilities
Resolving incidents & errors in a timely and high quality fashion.
Difficulties, problems, challenges
1. Candidate must be able to prioritize tasks in high pressure situations.
2. combine planned work with ad hoc problem solving across multiple applications.
Important relations & interfaces
Interface between business users and IT developers (inhouse & outside).

- at least 2 years practical experience in IT and telecommunications industry
- solid Oracle/SQL knowledge and UNIX
