For my telecom client based here in Zürich we are currently searching for a SENIOR TEST ENGINEER
The successful candidate must have Experiences with
1. German Speaking is must for better communication with this particular team.
2. Should be Sr. Testers as it is a new environment, so need people to learn quickly which will not be possible with junior testers.
3. Resources to be on board by 3rd Feb. One Test coordinator with 4 senior testers.
4. Scope of CIC - Upgrade of Customer Information Contact Center systems from V 3.0 to 4.0
5. ACD: Tools used to route calls
6. IVR
7. Voice Recording
8. Need to interact with XIP module of Portal
9. ICswap: Monitoring tool based on Microsoft Sliver Ligh
