Support the operation of the salesforce.com platform. Improve internal client customer experience with knowledge transfer. Assist with set up and maintenance of contacts, relationships, accounts, opportunities and reports. c. 2 years + solid salesforce.com administration and operational experience. Good all round CRM coupled with business acumen and very good inter-personal skills. Project Positives: Could eventually turn into a permanent role.
