For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:
Change & Release Management Specialist
to ensure the coordination and documentation of ISIT application changes and releases.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the quality of all changes prior to submitting for IT approval
- Coordinate, execute, document and communicatie all IT and application changes
- Day-to-day Change & Release management activities to meet the requestor's requirements, SLA commitments and agreed schedule
- Ensure 100% adherence of the teams to the existing Change & Release Management processes
- Ensure pro-activity with extensive coordination with the other interacting process managers (especially change, incident, problem, monitoring, capacity, managers)
- Lead Go-NoGo meetings for major releases and rollouts
- Participate in future IS tools evolution and deployment
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- 1-5 years experience in a similar position within a multinational environment
- Prior experience of working within a IS/IT Change & Release Team
- Good working knowledge of change, release and configuration management
- ITIL V3 Foundation Course Certification - Module Change & Release Management would be a plus
- Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)
- Good communication skills in English & French
This is a contract position with an international client, located in Lausanne, until the end of 2014 in the first instance. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
