Consultant SAP Sales on Demand
For our client, an international company based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Consultant SAP Sales on Demand.
You will support the successful Design, build and implementation of SAP Sales on Demand solution for the company B2B and B2C sales Forces including the integration of future SAP CRM/ECC landscape
Task description:
- Perform the following tasks as part of the implementation:
- Solution configuration incl functional specifications.
- Solution integration to SAP CRM including interface design and mapping.
- Design of solutions reporting functionalities including integration to SAP BW.
- Solution testing incl. creation of test scripts
- End user training incl. Creation of training material
- Data Load & Data Migration
- Solution Administration
- Design and create the required reports and forms using sales on Demand Key User tools
- Support the current team in deploying the solution and the Customer on Demand team in developing trainig presentations and communications tools
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in implementation of SAP Cloud for Customer
- IT solution Implementation experience, preferably CRM (min 5 years)
- Hands on Configuration and administration experience
- Knowledge of CRM Business processes (Lead to Quotation)
- Fluent in English and French is a plus
