For our customer - a globally operating insurance company - we are looking for aExcel Specialist w/ Testing knowhow (1784)
Our customer has mandated a software company to develop a new solution which - among other features - covers life insurance premium calculations.
According to the existing and detailed specifications you will be adapting an existing Excel spreadsheet that will - to the same specs - be able to simulate the same mathematical calculations as the newly developed software does. You will then develop a series of test cases to test the developed software and compare its results with the results produced by your Excel spreadsheet and to determine where differences occur and where the faults may be.
You are an experienced Excel Poweruser with some development and strong Excel Formula skills, are able to work independently (without supervision) and are reliable and self-driven.
Experience in software testing is a plus.
Experience in the life insurance is a plus.
English is mandatory, German is an asset.
