Support Analyst - Level 1 - FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH
My outstanding Medical Device client in Switzerland is seeking an English and German speaking Application Support Analyst Level 1. The contract will initially be 3 months in duration but highly likely to extend.
Application Development & Support; Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting;
- Installation and deployment support;
- Maintaining customer service and availability;
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects
