Avaloq Test Manager:
Avaloq, Testing, Manager, Jira, Lifecycle, Quality Center
Darwin Recruitment is currently looking for skilled Avaloq professionals to enforce our clients testing teams. My client is supporting a large program implementation and need professionals to help support the growth and deliver quality work within our clients.
The successful candidate must have the following skill set:
Experiences with Avaloq or core banking systems as
Experience in test methodologies and managing test phases
Knowledge of best practices (eg Risk based testing, Static testing)
Experience with test management tools (eg Quality Center, Jira)
Knowledge of IT Delivery Cycles (Releases, Projects, Lifecycle Changes) in complex environments
Experience in banking industry (mandatory)
Certifications are a plus
The main activities & responsibilities will be to:
Plan and manage test cycles, and oversee the execution of (non-) functional, acceptance and regression testing
Maintain test policies and strategies to ensure proper test coverage of business requirements and system functionality as well as system performance, based on risk analysis and business demands
Acquire and mobilize the test team whilst Manage risk and facilitate risk assessments
Implement metrics to collect and report on the test process
Participate in key decisions of the project and Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality requirements
Manage client relationship and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
Fluent English skills are required
Education: University degree (Computer Science or equivalent)
Experience: Consultant 5 yrs+, Avaloq, Core banking knowledge
