Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for an HR oriented Senior Program/Project Manager who has people transformation experience in IT environment for their client in Zurich.
Responsibilities:
Successfully lead a large scale people transformation project of a global IS organisation from regional to centralized structure.
Experience in coordinating across countries and regions working with change teams
Design, lead, implement and manage the entire program
Must have:
HR transformational experience
Experience in managing very large, complex and global environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
