Project environment

The Distribution Management IT department is responsible for developing professional solutions for Client Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Product Developers and various Operational teams globally within Global Asset Management. The team is responsible for developing new solutions, maintaining and integrating these into the technical environment of the Bank.

Tasks

• Delivery & Project Management within Global AM IT environment.
• Manage software/hardware lifecycle of critical applications and ensure fulfilment of audit, security and compliance regulations.
• Work closely with the Senior Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product SMEs and the IT development teams to understand and plan the IT implementation of business processes front-to-back.
• Define and prioritize demand with Business Stakeholders.
• Manage independently IT "change the bank" projects and ad-hoc initiatives with high visibility and management attention.
• Where required, support the IT development and business analysis teams by defining and clarifying business requirements and support with related data and requirements analysis.
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT-related business end-to-end processes.

Requirements

• 5 years PM experience in an international environment.
• Experience managing SDLC using Agile/SCRUM.
• Understanding of the Asset Management industry is desired.
• Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills in English (German would be beneficial).
• Leadership skills and the capability of interacting independently with senior management.
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with people at all levels.
• Experience in working in virtual teams.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Project, Powerpoint).
