Our investment bank client seek an experienced, senior application project manager who is ready to move into a service delivery role. As Service Delivery Manager you will play an active part in the operational service management of the vendor teams supporting the existing portfolio applications in areas such as Risk IT, Finance IT and Control IT. The successful candidate will interact with various teams (both vendor and CC IT Sectors) to ensure prompt delivery and maximum availability of systems in cooperation with our vendor partners.
Tasks:
- Work with Sector-specific Delivery Managers and Central AMU units to ensure process flow and communication.
- To set, agree and monitor service levels from the utility and report service delivery to business community as well lead service improvement exercises with vendor.
- Coordinate the pipeline of Change-the-Bank projects forwarded to the vendor.
- Ensure the vendor teams understand and follow the processes established by AMU Senior Management.
- Provide an effective means to continually improve service management maturity levels in accordance with industry best practice in the areas of Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Release Management, as well as Metrics and Reporting ( including tools such as rationalization, process re-engineering and support structure transformation)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of outsourcing experience, preferably in financial services
