People Business AG is a Swiss IT recruitment consultancy company belonging to the ERNI Group and is based in Zurich.
We provide highly qualified personnel for international companies, who want to increase their organizational effectiveness, competence, quality, and speed. That is the main focus of People Business AG.

For our client, a globally active Swiss Bank headquartered in Zürich, we are looking to staff a Program Management Office (CBR). (Contract – w/m)

Tasks:
• Establish the link between project milestones (tracked in our Project Management tracking tool) with audit items (tracked in our audit issue tracking tool) and compliance/risk items (tracked in the compliance issue tracking tool).
• Put in place a reporting framework to produce automated regular dash board to show transparently the current status of benefits realization within the IT Program Portfolio.
• Responsible for delivering (periodically or on request) reports, presentation and other concise overviews on the relevant IT portfolio aspects to the management.
• Highlight data issues detected (from program data repositories and risk issue tracking tool) and where possible work with Risk Management, Audit, Project Managers and other subject matter experts to correct irregularities and data issues detected
• Work with Risk Management and Internal Audit to clarify issue descriptions.
• Manage the closure process of audit and risk issues to ensure benefits are fully realized.

Must Haves:
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, internal audit and other assurance and risk management mechanisms.
• Sufficient knowledge of IT Security to be able to understand the objectives of individual projects and programs and the context of risk and audit items.
• Understanding of project management best practices.
• 1 or more years working in a Program PMO
• Appropriate certification (for example PMP or IPMA C) is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills are essential in English and desirable in German.
• Very good understanding of MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint features in combination with efficient self-learning capability to enhance skills as required.
• Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills, ability to summarize the key message of large amounts of data.
• "Get-it-done" and continuous improvement attitude – will proactively fix errors or omissions if required

Nice To haves:
• University degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. in IT)
• English and German language skills written and spoken
