HP ALM QC Administrator

For our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a HP ALM QC Administrator.

Quality Assurance Teamis responsible of the global Software Delivery LifeCycle (SDLC) and of the common processes and tools. The team is also the owner of the HP ALM/QC platform.

Tasks description:

You will provide resources being able to support the employees by:

- Ensure support of the HP ALM platform and of all the implemented processes

- Manage the HP ALM platform accordingly to the proposed improvements

    • Customize GUI
    • Customize workflows (Scripting, GUI)
    • Manages user lists, role lists

- Manage HP ALM platform

    • User management
    • Incident management

- Maintain technical and operational documentation

    • HP ALM user list
    • Customization details
    • Service disruption rules

- Ensure technical maintenance of the HP ALM platform (server patches, application maintenance and updates)

- Work on the implementation of software development processes (SDLC) and procedures, with Quality Assurance Management.

- Work on and document the monitoring, evaluation and improvement of those processes and procedures with Quality Assurance Management

Skills and experience:

- Experience in Visual Basic for Application coding

- Demonstrable expertise in HP ALM Administration and customization

- English and French-speaking

- An asset if knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and languages (J2EE, SOA, Internet)

- An asset if knowledge in IT Quality Assurance and governance standards (COBIT, CMMI for development, ITIL, ISO 9001)
