Experis is seeking a "Test Manager" to join an international team
Main tasks:
- As Test Manager:
- Finalise testing processes for implementing an automation testing framework
- Hands-on identifying and defining test cases
- Participate in test execution
- Make sure the synchronization with the developers run
- Set up a strategy of tests
- Manage team of test analysts
- Report to senior stakeholders
- Improve test automation activities
Requirements:
- 9 years test management experience is a minimum expectation
- The successful person will require experience in setting up 3 major automation framework implementations
- SQL testing experience is a must
- A proactive and flexible personality with the ability to work under pressure is required
- Communicative, motivated, self-starting team player is a must
- English language skills are a must
- French language skills required both written and spoken is a big added value
- Education required is at MSC, BSc level
- Testing certification is required for eg SAQ, ISQTB, ISEB
Work place Geneva
Start Date is planned for ASAP or all latest 16.02.2014
