For our client, a globally active Swiss firm headquartered in Zürich, we are looking to staff a PKI Project Leader in IT Finance (Contract – w/m)

Tasks:
The sought individual should have a solid IT engineering background, preferably with a specialization in IT Security / PKI technology. The role includes technical project management with regular communications to stakeholders and reporting into governing committees.
• Planning, tracking, reporting and pushing delivery of work packages to deliver strategic enhancements on the Server PKI. Deliveries will include technical aspects together with process changes which must be sustainable with appropriate service structures, SLAs, governance and training.
• Driving the project forward in an assertive and independent manner in the face of stakeholder resistance, organizational complexity and technical risks and issues.
• Managing the project transparently and according to the project management framework with particular emphasis on the processes and seamless integration into the company’s technical assets.
• Stakeholder management and requirement management

Must Haves:
• A formal Project Management methodology (preferably Agile or RUP)
• Solid understanding of PKI, identity and access management, network security.
• Hands-on experience with PKI components (CA, CRL, OCSP, CIMS) and processes.
• An understanding of web-based technologies and single sign-on.
• An understanding of RDBMS and/or Directory Services (LDAP).
• Good understanding of process design and implementation including good knowledge and experience of incident management processes.
• Strong communications skills are essential in English in order to liaise with stakeholders and team members.

Nice To haves:
• University degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. in IT)
• German language skills written and spoken
• Familiar with financial industry and audit requirements with respect to Access Control and Identity Management
• Solaris & Red Hat operating system knowledge
• Source Code Control and change management
• Basic knowledge of the ITIL standards
• Java programming skills (J2EE)
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an environment where English is the principal language of the business
