A global pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for a German speaking Qualification Engineer to qualify new inhalation production equipment being installed as part a major capital investment project.Location: Basel area, Switzerland
Duration: 18 months
Role:
Hands on qualification of new process equipment for inhaler production (powder filling machine, mixers, isolator, weighing systems, washrooms )
Generating and executing URS, FRS and DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
Supporting and overseeing commissioning activities (FAT/SAT)
Ensuring a smooth handover of the equipment to the operations team during the PQ phase
Ensure that all activities are conducted and documented in a GMP compliant manner
Requirements:
Degree educated (engineering or science degree) or equivalent experience
High standard of German and English language
Strong pharmaceutical engineering experience with a good GMP understanding
Experience of qualifying pharmaceutical production equipment

Erstellung und Durchführung von URS, FRS und DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ Protokolle
Unterstützung und Übersicht bei der Inbetriebnahme (FAT/SAT)
Dafür sorgen, DASS es eine glatte Übergabe zu dem Betriebsteam nach der PQ Phase gibt
Dafür sorgen, DASS alle Aktivitäten GMP gerecht ausgeführt und dokumentiert werden
Voraussetzungen:
Universitätsstudium (Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaftlich) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
Erfahrung auf pharmazeutischen Investitionsprojekten, sowie gute GMP-Kenntnisse
Erfahrung in der Qualifizierung von pharmazeutischen Produktionsanlagen
