For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Process Manager

Scope of work:

  • Engineering of Business processes
  • Engineering of IT processes
  • Engineering and Implementing Testing processes
    Key deliverables:
  • Excellent organizational skills, namely planning, coordinating and integration of software releases
  • German and English fluently writing/speaking mandatory
  • Senior Business process engineering experience, minimum of 5 years in Process implementation
  • Senior IT process engiring experience, minimum of 5 years in Process implementation
  • Analyzing of Business Process
  • Banking experience
  • Experience in implementation of business or it processes
  • Excellent social skills
  • Quality Center Handling
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Diploma in Process or Change Management (eg SGO Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Organisation und Management)
