For a six month project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for an experiencedSenior IT Business Process Engineer (1705)
The general scope and responsibilities are as follows :
- Engineering of Business processes
- Engineering of IT processes
- Engineering and Implementing Testing processes
General requirements:
• Excellent organizational skills, namely planning, coordinating and integration of software releases
• German and English fluently writing/speaking mandatory
• Senior Business process engineering experience, minimum of 5 years in Process implementation
• Senior IT process engineering experience, minimum of 5 years in Process implementation
• Analyzing of Business Processes
• Banking experience
• Experience in implementation of business or it processes
Specific mandatory requirements:
• Excellent social skills
• Quality Center Handling
• Ability to work under pressure
• Analytical skills
• Tracking and monitoring skills (keep the overview over many details and manage the resolution)
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Appropriate communication and presentation skills
• Diploma in Process or Change Management (e.g. SGO Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Organisation und Management)
Specific optional requirements:
• Know-how with Banking processes in Private Banking and/or Investment Banking
