Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Service Delivery Manager for one of our major clients in the banking sector.
SCOPE OF WORK
Roll out a global new solution delivery framework (SDF) to comply with GSDP
- Demonstrated success building and leading effective small and large scale solution delivery projects teams
- Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed multicultural teams
- Demonstrated success with both product and process development projects
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous project engagements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to function as a sparring partner with the team
- Pragmatic way to approach new things, flexible
- Expertise in multiple solution delivery methods and life cycles such as waterfall, agile, lean, RUP, XP, Kanban, SCRUM
- Functional understanding of Scrum and other Agile life cycles
- Experience facilitating workshops and open forum sessions
- Expertise implementing continuous improvement processes
- Working knowledge of quality management practices
- Experience leading classroom training
