For a year long project at our client site starting in January 2014 we are looking for an experienced

Senior IT Program Manager (1699)

In the program the candidate will be working in, the team is addressing several IT applications and business processes in order to enable Business Operations offshoring to lower cost locations while respecting data sensitivity. For the client this program has top most priority and was running in Task Force mode in 2013 with monthly status report calls directly to higher senior management.

Role Mandate:
- manages the overall program and structure
- manages sub-streams through dedicated IT PMs
- will have comprehensive delivery responsibility for scope of Ops IT
- will be responsible for business stakeholder management
- has good understanding on securities applications
- Enabling of Business Operations offshoring in all Operations IT applications Switzerland
- To qualify, support business and steer Operations IT CH regarding idea of conducting a full Business Operations process redesign in areas Securities Settlements Custody, Asset Servicing and FX Ops

Other skills:
- English language fluently speaking is a must, good German knowledge
- At least 12 – 15 years’ experience in managing large and complex programs
- PMI/PMP certification is a plus
- Experience with Offshoring/CoE of Business Processes
- Good communication skills
- Stakeholder management on senior management level
