For a six month project with continuation option we are looking for an energeticRollout Project Manager (1688)
for the rollout of a global new solution delivery framework. As the ideal candidate you should have:
Demonstrated success building and leading effective small and large scale solution delivery projects teams
Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed multicultural teams
Demonstrated success with both product and process development projects
The following skills are a must:
Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous project engagements
Good communication skills
Ability to function as a sparring partner with the team
Pragmatic way to approach new things, flexible
Expertise in multiple solution delivery methods and lifecycles such as waterfall, agile, lean, RUP, XP, Kanban, SCRUM
Functional understanding of Scrum and other Agile lifecycles
Experience facilitating workshops and open forum sessions
Expertise implementing continuous improvement processes
Working knowledge of quality management practices
Experience leading classroom training
