Supporter Control M / Control E (1638)

Beschreibung

For a three month project we are looking for immediate support in the form of a

Supporter Control M / Control E (1638)

Your tasks:

7x24 Infrastructure support for Products and Interfaces from Control-M and / Control-M EM to
ensure stable and reliable system health and performance (off hours support will be scheduled on a
3 weekly interval).
Problem analysis / resolving (involving other support teams and SW vendor)
Client support for daily issues (EM User access, Control-M Agent issues, Performance Analysis,
etc.) raised to the support queue (GIM / Mail)
Support upcoming activities in the build lifecycle process to modify and test existing BladeLogic
packages from Control-M and the Beta92 Agent

Skills
Professional skills for these products/applications:
- BMC BladeLogic
- BMC Control-M / Control-M Enterprise Manager
- BMC BPI
- Unix / Windows
- Scripting (ksh, csh, Windows Scripting Host, Perl)
- Programming (Java - only for support reason)
