On behalf of our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are searching for a Program Quality Manager to integrate their team for a 3 month contract with extension.
Hourly rate: To be discussed.
Star date: ASAP
Location: Basel
Duration: 3 months + extensions
Your responsibilities
- Managing the results of the quality assurance and testing teams.
- Objectively evaluating processes, work products, and services against applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures.
- Identifying and documenting noncompliance issues.
- Providing feedback to project staff on the results of quality assurance activities.
- Ensuring that noncompliance issues are addressed.
- Determining new methods and developing new procedures for accomplishing work.
- Creating a climate of collaboration and teamwork among team members and customer groups.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Quality (Computer System Validation/System Development Life Cycle)
- GxP experience.
- Excellent understanding of complex quality environments (similar experience in Pharma/Lifesciences industries is a strong plus).
- Leadership and conflict management skills.
- English skills - mandatory, German skills - a plus.
