I am currently seeking a Complaint Handling Manager capable of conducting legacy reviews and remediation action of complaint files according to defined protocols.REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Education in Engineering or related fields
- Experience in Medical Device or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of the medical device legislation / Vigilance
- Fluency in German preferred
Mandatory:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Citizen of European Union or Swiss B (workers) Permit
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create the analysis / statistics and reports demonstrating the resulting improvement potential.
- Documentary Review & Validation
- Collection and coordination center for messages
- Ensure the documentation and their traceability
- Ensuring customer care after detecting and classifying the messages
- Organize and Share information
- Practice prevention measures in cooperation with Quality
- Remediate Field Action documentation as applicable as per protocol
- Create the analysis / statistics and reports demonstrating the resulting improvement potential
- Information point for all inquiries regarding market reports by PDC
