Internet/Proxy Server Supporter/Service Delivery Manager
This is a long term contract opportunity for an IP/Web based troubleshooter with experience of Internet Service Delivery management. As this is a hybrid role you will require experience within service management and strong knowledge of Internet technologies.
Role and Responsibilities;
- Review tickets from internal users before forwarding to providers
- Set up tickets within providers service management tools
- Develop and optimise processes
- Identify process gaps
Skills and Experience required;
- Strong technical knowledge of Web based technologies/Proxy Server
- Service Management experience
- Previous experience working with outsourced providers
- English is a Must
Preference will be given to candidates living within a daily commutable distance to Zurich.
