For one of our clients we are looking for Field Engineer (m/f) OCH network provides GSM/UMTS/LTE service to their customers and uses following network equipment;
BSS: NSN Flexi BSC, NSN Flexi BTS
RAN:NSN RNC2600, NSN Flexi Mulitiradio BTS
LTE:NSN: Flexi BTS multiradio Transmission Network
PDH: NSN hopper family MW, NEC Paso & MX MW, Ericsson Minilink & TN MW
SDH: Alcatel ADM &WDM
IP: Huawai CTN3
MPLS: Tellabs
Installation, maintenance and servicing of all transmission and communications equipment at End-Customers Premises and also in the Customer-owned fixed network.
Integration, maintenance and fault-restoration in the area of customers wireless Base-Stations including their link structure respecting agreed SLA.
Hardware up- and downgrades as well as software updates in the area of customers BSS and RAN.
Maintenance, monitoring and fault finding in the building infrastructure at customers sites.
Periodical site-checks.
Accepting and checking of contracts, determining necessary materials and required resources.
Appointment co-ordination and site access organization.
Making any necessary tests and measurements.
Fault localisation and clearing in the communications network in cooperation with carriers, suppliers and NMC.
Support Field Technician in routine activities
Support Field Technician in network failures and troubleshooting.
is a good knowledge about the NSN flexi BTS (BTS commissioning, on site troubleshooting skills)
 They should at least have experience with one of the TX MW vendors
Should be familiar with antenna measurement equipment
Is willing and certified to climb on mast
