Proteus Europe operating as an employment agency, is currently seeking a Software Engineer for Windows CE / Embedded Linux driver development.Its main tasks include:
- Design & Implementation of Board Support Package (BSP ) for Windows CE and / or embedded Linux for the latest generation of ARM processor
- Evaluation and implementation of new operating system versions like for example Windows
- Embedded Compact
- Using when creating the system requirements for the latest generation of surveying instruments
- Development of embedded applications under embedded Linux or WinCE
- Ensure our high product quality by developing and executing platform-specific tests used for the embedded operating system
- Working in interdisciplinary and international development team.
Your Profile:
(University , college or equivalent degree )
- Experience with Windows CE or embedded Linux platform development ( kernel development / hardware dependent programming / Driver Development ) with C or C + + - Very good C / C + + knowledge and experience in object oriented programming
- Understanding and know-how for the ARM processor architecture
- Knowledge of embedded / real-time operating systems such as embedded Linux or WinCE
- Windows CE / Embedded Linux application knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with hardware debugger and / or emulators, also very good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
