On behalf of our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Salesforce.com Consultant (m/f) freelance/temporary employment for a project in the Basel region

Your Duties:
- Act as the salesforce.com expert from the technical perspective
- Implement the changes to our salesforce.com instance
- Ensure that user expectations in terms of usability are met and exceeded
- Communicate improvements back to the users
- Manage the development plan and backlog
- Interact with internal technical staff and business as required
Your Qualifications:
- Passion for agile user-centered approaches and methodologies
- Conceptual thinker with strong Salesforce skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Able to interact with technical staff and business
- Understanding of user experience and interaction design principles
- Able to quickly create effective communication material
- Life Sciences or healthcare domain experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical R&D and clinical trials would be nice to have
- Written and spoken English skills
