Chemical Engineer/Analytical Chemists

My client is currently looking for a Chemical Engineer specialised in Analytical Chemistry in order to verify biocompatibility of medical devices.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

-Responsible for cleanliness and biocompatibility of medical devices.
-Adherence to timelines and coordination of analytical chemistry tasks in regard of FTIR, GC/MS and related methods used for trace analysis.
-Correct interpretation and subsequent release of results

REQUIREMENTS

-Experienced laboratory technician.
-Experience in chemical trace analytics.
-Familiar with biocompatibility testing in accordance to ISO 10993
-Administration of database-driven test reports and report writing in accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and FDA.
-Fluency in German & English (Verbal and Written)
-Special Working Conditions: The position is embedded in a team which is responsible for the referred topics in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
-MUST: EU25 or EFTA National: All EU and EFTA member countries except Romania and Bulgaria
