Pega Senior System Architect
On behalf of our client, an interesting international company, we are currently looking for a Pega Senior System Architect. This role is a full time contract role for 6months + based in Lugano TI and a suitable candidate is supposed to start as soon as possible.
Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) is responsible for design and implementation of PRPC/Pega framework based solutions Provides design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega and independently leads technical delivery of Pega applications/modules
- Acts as mentor to all team members on their assigned project tasks.
- Provides thought-leadership and guidance to fellow team members around technical solution scope, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
Required experience/skills:
- 4+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database and Client Server design/development
- 2+ years experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including technical leadership role in design to development of application modules of PRPC applications
- Must have experience on PRPC v5.x (preferably V5.3 or above) with experience in new Pega capabilities
- Experience on Pega CPM, Smart Investigate frameworks preferred
- Expertise in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems
- Expertise in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
- Experience in WebSphereor WebLogicApplication Server
- Strong OO experience
Project Responsibilities:
- Perform initial PRPC infrastructure installation, setup, and configuration
- Design the application in terms of rules structure and class hierarchy for the entire solution and architecture
- Design and develop detail flows and activities for requirements within PRPC
- Configure business rules in rule-sets within PegaRules Process Commander software
- Analyze and develop integrations with external applications and systems using Pega'sconnectors and integration services
- Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to Lead Architect/Project Manager
