For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Application Developer

Scope of work:

OTC treasury team requires a Team member who will be part of the TESTING and Environment Management team

Develop and understand Shell Scripts, PERL scripts to maintain the non-prod environment

Develop and understand CTRL+M scheduling/tasks

Develop and understand Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Scripting

Experience with Murex Infrastructure activities, running EOD Batches, DB Archiving

Understanding with Infrastructure Procurement process, gathering data for reporting system slowness/identify low performing process

Co-ordination with Oracle DBA's, Unix Admins on issues encountered during day-to-day activities and short-term/long-term improvements

Skills:

Education:Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience:5 to 7 years' experience in Environment Management

Systems/programming languages/databases: Unix, Oracle, IBM MQ, SVN, Java

Good in communication, interpersonal skills and very good team player

Knowledge of ITIL is a plus

Languages: English (must), German (beneficial)
