Administrative Assistant

Our client, in the financial industry, is currently seeking for an Administrative Assistant in Lugano.

Tasks:

·Supporting a team of finance professionals in administration activities and periodic reporting

·Managing client documents within the corresponding administration procedures

·Assisting the management and registration activities within the IT environment

·Coordinating the schedules of the stakeholders

·Controlling of deadlines and open requests

·Collaboration involving the definition of fiscal declarations for swiss clients

·Providing assistance in producing specific forms (e.g. permits, affiliation of the social insurances)

·Supporting the establishment of correspondence with the cantonal and federal finance and administration autorities

Skills:

·Commercial or similar education

·At least 3-5 years experience in a financial sector

·Italian, English and German speaking, French nice to have

·Excellent knowledge of the principal IT-systems like Windows, Microsoft Office

·Reliable, dynamic and accurate

·Teamplayer
