Sharepoint Specialist

Our client in the financial industry is currently looking for a Sharepoint Specialist in Zürich.

Tasks:

·Analyse current SharePoint environment with respect to processes and tools within the areas of infrastructure, development and deployment.

·Work out a proposal of how to transition into a smoother operation model for all affected areas.

·Document findings and present them to IT management and key SharePoint IT stakeholders.

·One important topic is the decoupling of applications to limit dependencies and allow for a more harmonic co-existence of SharePoint applications.

·Another important part is the benchmarking of our in-house developed deployment utility vs. standard SharePoint deployment procedures.

·Provide input for a guideline document that should ultimately help defining criteria or scenarios of when (not) to use SharePoint and how to develop/deploy/operate standard SharePoint applications.

Skills:

·Very good experience around Microsoft SharePoint development, deployment and infrastructure

·Decent experience with non-SharePoint applications

·Very good communication and presentation skills (ideally in German)

·English is fluent, written and oral. German advantage

Preferable:

·Know-how of new features, programming models and tools in Microsoft SharePoint 2013

·Experience with ASP.NET MVC

·Microsoft SharePoint certificates
