Contract Manager
Location: Zürich, Schedule: Full-time
We Offer
- Senior role to proactively manage contracts with software and professional services vendors for Corporate Services Technology globally
- Review and negotiate contract set-up
- Plan and track actions for contract renewals or renegotiations as well as RFI/RFPs (request for proposals)
- Liaise with Supply Management, Demand Management and other central functions who deal with contracts
- Drive the identification of opportunities for cost savings
- Link and reconcile contract data with financial systems
- Report usage of software products to SW vendors
- Monitor policy compliance
- Understand the overall contract processes.
- Assist contract owners in the department to navigate through the process
- Manage a contract inventory for the department, extracting key characteristics from documents, and store them in a data base eg contract type, contract cost, charging models, termination conditions, durations, etc.
You Offer
- Multi-year experience in contract management and contract design for Software, Professional Services and Outsourced contracts
- Ability to understand large and complex contracts in English and German
- Educated to degree standard, ideally in a commercial, legal or financial discipline
- Understanding of financial processes and systems
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, global environment
- A proactive and initiative personality with excellent communication skills
