On behalf of one of our major clients in the banking environment, Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for an experienced Systems Engineer.
SCOPE OF WORK
You will be part of the Solution Architect/Software Engineering team in the Swiss French part. You work closely together with the business analysts/requirements engineers.
You are responsible for the development of the new General Ledger data including supporting the solution architect with the design, the data modelling, interface agreements, etc.
The implementation has to be done according to the clients processes defined for DWH standard platform.
Design and implement the new Swiss General Ledger Reporting Data Mart
Ensure production stability after go live (Feb 2014)
Work closely with solution architect and other solution engineers in the team
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
- Design and development experience in Oracle based DWH/Datamarts
- Strong Knowledge of ETL processes, DWH job controls and workflow optimization
(Informatica Power Center 8.6) - Strong development skills in Oracle 11g, SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong knowledge in Datawarehousing concept
- Team player and ability to work in international and a heterogeneous team
- Ability to understand business requirements and to transform them into
State-of-the-Art Data Mart solutions - Experience with quality management tools, change management tools and versioning
- English (written and verbally)
- Financial Accounting experience
- Experience with reporting tools (OBIEE)
