For a major international client in the area of Lausanne, we are looking for a:
SAP QM Design and Build specialist to prototype a new SAP solution called SAP MII, in collaboration with SAP themselves, to demonstrate that this is the most appropriate strategic business solution for the company and to deliver 3 improvements to the company's Quality solution, which are right first time, meets stakeholders expectations, and enables the company to implement the Quality solutions within the agreed implementation timelines and eliminate their Legacy applications
In doing this you will be responsible for:
- Define, validate and align with stakeholders the high level and detailed level solution that will satisfy the agreed company's business scenarios,
- Configure, prototype and sign-off with stakeholders the detailed level solution proposal and identify the functional & technical gaps that need to be custom developed.
- Write and validate the functional specifications and test scripts.
- Deliver the new solution improvements right first time to PROD, with the relevant level of risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Laboratory processes & LIMS solutions
- Laboratory interfaces to equipment eg VIDAS, HPLC
- Writing functional specifications
- Implementation of new SAP global template solutions
- Design and Build of new SAP global template solutions
- SAP QM
- SAP MII
- Project management of small projects
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of August 2014. The client is located on Lake Geneva. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
