We are looking for you, to join the team on client side, being responsible for the deployments of applications in their virtual desktop environment
PMO
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a complex IT Environment
- Former working experience as PMO (Project Management Officer) in a English/German speaking working environment
- Very proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English is a must, German is beneficial
You will be responsible to:
- Coordinate the publishing of Applications on UAT desktop including Quality Acceptance
- Create and update various internal project reports (Milestone tracking, risk & issue tracking etc.)
- Helping to improve the software certification process flows and procedures as well document process information and update documentations
- Support the Rollout Management Team and provide support where needed in regards to application owners and testers
- Moving and track the applications status on web-based tool
- Provide administrative support where required, including On- and Off-boarding of resources, managing access roles and hardware desktop equipment
