Edelway AG is a Professional Services Consultancy based in Switzerland. One of our best clients, a global pharmaceutical company, based in the Bern/Basel area, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them on a long term basis.

The Role:

This is an administrative Quality Analyst role to consolidate the Supplier Database and PSL.

The responsibilities of this position include:
oExecution of supplier analysis
oAnalysis of results and reporting them to the functional manager
oSupport and consulting for the development of corrective action plans and corrective actions at suppliers
oEvaluation and monitoring of corrective actions at suppliers
oSupport for the evaluation of new products & suppliers
oCollaboration with the purchasing department regarding scheduling and communication with suppliers
oCollaboration with Quality Engineering department regarding the improvement of product quality
oCollaboration for the monitoring of the supplier data base
oAssessment of supplier quality and creation of Scorecards
oCollection and analysis of metrics for Management Reporting (Management Review)
oKnows and follows the guidelines regarding the code of conduct, ethics and compliance programs and other relevant regulations
oEnsure the current system master data and internal information
oAdvice and attending the internal customers
oMaintenance of the supplier database
oPurchasing Management
oCoordination, creation and maintenance of the QSA contracts
oOptimization and maintenance of the procurement procedures and their quality
oOptimization of the supplier structure
oEarly coordination of extraordinary orders with the relevant procurement function
oMaintenance of the ASL list
oArchiving and backup of documents
oManagement/Support of internal improvement projects

Your Profile:
*3-5 years relevant work experience
*Organizational talent, reliability, flexibility, personal initiative, good communication skills, customer / service orientation
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Ability to perform under pressure
*Fluent in German and English
