For our customer in Solothurn we are looking for a project ASAP for a Project Assistant

Project Assistant is responsible for the support and coordination of projects around GRQP and the overall instalment of Job descriptions (DACH). Assists Project Managers in administrative aspects of projects. Assists in preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project. Requires at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a Project Manager.

Technical Requirements:

  • 2 years experience as a Project Assistant
  • 2 years experience in managing and performing technical support services contracts or tasks
  • Assist in various projects of a complex nature using a structured methodology.
  • Function as a team builder
  • Leadership, initiative and the ability to manage concurrent activities and issues.
  • Good knowledge and experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project).

  • Travel within Switzerland (90%), Germany and Austria.
  • German and English fluent - written and spoken. Italian is a benefit.

    Additional Details:

  • Some flexibility in working hours is required
  • Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
  • Quick learner, motivated self-starter
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  • Experienced in the job descriptions and process
  • Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
