Software Developer with strong C# and .NET experience and ideally some experience in portfolio management and finance to work for an Investment Bank client.
You will be working in the GIS core team within Investments IT, building multi-asset portfolio management solutions, which are used across all regions within Global AM.
In this core role you will work closely with other members of the development team, business analyst and project manager.
Responsibilities include: design, development, maintenance, documentation, unit testing following appropriate software development life cycle (Agile SDLC) processes and methodologies; contribution to on-going improvements of existing solutions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years in technologies listed below
- Technologies: Microsoft .NET, C#, WCF, WPF, MVVM, Prism
- Relational database design (SQL Server)
- Experienced within the financial services sector (surplus if in Investment Banking or Asset Management)
- Tenacity, self-motivation and an ability to work under time pressure
- Degree or similar in Information technology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Fluency in English, preferably also German
