One of my Clients in Switzerland is urgently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with excellent communication skills, to join an established team within the Infrastructure Services Department of an International Bank.
Start Date: October 2013
Contract Length: 6 month+
Service Delivery Technical Skills:
- An excellent background in Service Delivery Management
- Solid experience on projects surrounding Solution Engineering and Application Development
- At least 7 years working in an International Enterprise Environment
- Good experience with Stakeholder Management
- A background in Financial Services
- Fluency in German and English
- ITIL v3 or v4 Certifications would be an additional bonus
Service Delivery Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting 3 other Service Delivery Managers on all aspects of Infrastructure Services
- Building Relationships between the Business and the IT teams
- Managing Stakeholder expectations and ensuring smooth delivery of all Requirements
