For a client in Zurich we are looking for a Technical Recruiter.In this role you will be responsible to manage candidates processes and act asa candidates advocate.
Further tasks:
- Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary
recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager and other groups as necessary.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings etc.
- Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators
- Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for
hiring managers
- Finding,- utilizing and creating multiple channels to generate a pipeline of the best
technical candidates
- Navigating - supporting and guiding candidates through the selection process
(interviewing, assessments, reviews etc)
Requirements :
- Several years experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
- Demonstrate an understanding of the technologies used by your candidates and clients
- Demonstrate an understanding in some of these areas - Open Source Technologies,
C++, Java, IP Networking/ linux and consistency in achieving hiring targets
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English
- Third Level Qualification or equivalent experience
