Project manager Assistant
Edelway AG is a Professional Services Consultancy based in Switzerland. One of our best clients, a global pharmaceutical company, based in the Bern/Basel area, is currently looking for a Senior Project manager Assistant to join them on a long term basis (contract or permanent).
Language: English & German.
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Excellent
THE ROLE:
*To support and coordinate projects.
*Assists Project Managers in administrative aspects and in preparing reports for upper management regarding status of the project.
*Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
*Assist in various projects of a complex nature using a structured methodology.
*Coordinate across various Information Management areas to provide administrative support to projects. *Establishes and Manages Engagement Objectives, expectations, and quality plans.
*Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
*Familiarity with working with a Matrix organization.
YOUR PROFILE:
*Experience In Medical Devices or related fields .
*2 years experience as an IT technical Project Assistant
*2 years experience in managing and performing technical support services contracts or tasks.
*Good knowledge and experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project).
*Strong analytical skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
*Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
*Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
