Project Manager - (German Speaking) required for a high profile change programme within the banking industry in Zurich. The role will be leading and managing the analysis of the existing business processes throughout the organisation (front/middle/Back Office) and delivering the new improved re-engineered processes. You will be leading and managing the team of business analysts who are gathering the functional and process requirements by running workshops and conducting interviews with multiple business stakeholders and also assisting them when necessary with the detailed analysis work. You will be engaging with stakeholders on a daily basis, driving the project and working with the PMO function, updating project plans and project administration accordingly and keeping it on track. You will need proven experience in managing business process analysis projects from the banking industry, preferably from Private Banking and have excellent knowledge of using MS Office.
Fluent German is essential.
