Description:
Architect, design, document, and overseeing the building and testing of a solution for manufacturing (finished goods packaging serialization), Contract Packaging integration (via SNC B2B or portal) and Distribution Centre serialized transactions. Integrate to ePedigree solution. Collaborate with the NA Serialization project team and the Roche Global serialization Enterprise team.
* Write specifications for interfaces
AII/PI to ERP/ECC
AII/PI to MES
AII/PI to TIBCO
AII/PI to LAETUS (packaging serialization and aggregation)
AII/OER to ePedigree solution
* Deploying Enterprise Serialization solution to integrate Automated Packaging Lines with SAP AII/OER - Master Data Definition, System Configuration, User Training, and Support Testing during IQ/OQ/PQ and PV processes.
* Solution Design and Functional Design of Custom WM RF Transactions (SAP ITS Mobile and SAP Web console) to manage Distribution Serialization operations to fully integrate SAP WM with SAP AII for receiving, putaway, Physical Inventory, Pick/Pack/Shipping, Goods Issue, Returns, Ownership Transfer, and Serial Number Reporting.
* Design and provide functional support in development of custom reports for supporting Serialization business process, for example, Serialized Batch Release Report.
* Review and comment on architecture documents, diagrams by others.
* Adhere to assignments and schedules as agreed with Project and Program managers.
