For one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, we are currently looking for a SENIOR OUTSOURCING MANAGER (CROs).Responsibilities:
- Research CRO capabilties utilizing in-house and external resources
- Identifies a pool of candidate CROs for project consideration
- Defines the work specifications and prepares requests for proposal
- Manages the competitive bidding process
- Negotiates contract terms, pricing and payment schedule
- Ensures adherence to project schedule and budget
- Produces in-process and close-out CRO performance appraisals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experiene in running international clinical trials
- Knowledge in Human Tissues is required
- Familiarity with the CRO market
- understanding of contracts (including basic legal understanding of terms and conditions)
- strong oral and written communication skills
- fluent spoken and written English
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months
Location: 100% on site (Basel, Switzerland)
