This role has evolved in the context of our client's global migration program from Exchange/Outlook to Gmail. Therefore, also the Public Folders need to be decommissioned and then migrated into SharePoint.
In this initial 2-months contract (Oct-Dec), you will be responsible for the initial analysis of all Exchange Public Folder content to identify and prevent problematic content for the migration. This will require you to review the results from your analysis with content owners and consult them on migration plans and support throughout. Additionally, you will also be responsible for guiding migration operations teams in Warsaw on the custom.
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for an initiative, communicative and analytical individual who is self-driven and has the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-3 years of SharePoint consulting, training or support
- English skills (written/spoken); German s an asset
- Excellent customer interaction
- Facilitating workshops
- Knowledge of Exchange Public Folders
- Ability to travel up 50%
- Additional experience with a pharma so a plus.
