We are searching for a Solution Specialist (SAP-CRM Service) for our client, an multination based in the Vaud region of Switzerland.
The main purpose of this role is to bring to the team the knowledge, skills & experience in SAP CRM Service and in working with custom development in CRM, APO & ECC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand & Analyze the business requirements to evaluate how best to use standard SAP solutions
- Bring detailed SAP Solution knowledge (functional and technical) for the design, development and delivery of the Phenix Retail Template.
- Knowledge of CRM Service with emphasis on in-house repair and field service order.
- Knowledge of ECC integration with CRM.
- Knowledge of CRM integration with APO.
- Translate business requirements into solution specific detailed designs
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or modules
- Define, document and execute configuration specifications
- Define and document functional specifications for RICEFW
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute detailed test scripts
- Execution of test scripts in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with technical teams
Key Skills:
- Experience in large scale and international Project (localization)
- Well versed with CRM Service and ECC integration (CRM 7.0 ehp2)
- Knowledge of CRM - APO integration is a plus.
- Has at least 6 years of experience in CRM.
- Experienced with CRM in-house repair and field service.
- Good understanding of the E2E Service processes.
- Extensive hands on experience configuring CRM Service Solution along with troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
- Extensive experience working with custom development projects.
