Introduction:
For one of our clients near Lausanne we are looking for an experienced Database Security Specialist
Role:
Ensure an adequate level of security of GLOBE Databases environment by contributing to the support and maintenance of GLOBE Databases security solutions according to the security policies, standards and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities
1. Operational Procedures
* Implement and maintain operational procedures for databases security in accordance with the GLOBE security policies and
technical standards.
* Implement and maintain consistent databases security monitoring procedures and metrics across the organization.
2. Operations
* Ensure the secure management and operation of infrastructure assets according to agreed standards and SLA's.
* Provide expert security knowledge for investigations, projects and operations.
* Contact for TU & GLOBE IS/IT DBA to help on compliance and investigations related to architectural security challenges
Incident Management
* Follow the databases platform security incident response and escalation process. Assess, resolve, escalate, and report
security violations. Provide an escalation point for the regional organizations.
Functional support
* Implement and provide End-to-End support for GLOBE Security solutions.
Monitoring
* Regularly perform risk analysis on our implementations, report levels of risk and advice on how to mitigate security risks.
* Ensure relevant security patches are deployed on databases systems across Nestlé organization to ensure a consistent level of
platforms security.
* Work with GLOBE IS/IT Services DBAs support groups to implement preventative and detective measures to control the risk of
security violations.
Reporting
* Implement, review and assess databases platform security metrics and report security status.
3. Communication and Training
* Liaise with Database Security Specialists and DBA support teams to ensure the alignment of Nestlé systems to security policies
and technical standards.
* Communicate databases security policies and technical standards to DBA platform support teams.
Adherence to service levels with respect to resolving incidents, requests and change requests
Quality of service provided according to agreed parameters

Required Qualifications:
* 3-5 years as DBA administrator
* 3 years as DBA Security Analyst creating and implementing security standards and procedures, reviewing their implementation, testing for segregation of duties and gaps.

* Desired: Oracle certification
